My Services

I offer counselling for both individuals and couples, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore whatever is on your mind. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, or simply not quite yourself, therapy can be a valuable step toward understanding and change. Life can present unexpected challenges—relationship struggles, grief, health concerns, or a general sense of feeling stuck or lost. You may be working through difficult experiences or looking to reconnect with who you are.

Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that everyone can benefit from having a compassionate, accepting space to reflect, process, and grow—at any stage of life. My aim is to support you in finding clarity, building resilience, and moving forward in a way that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

People come to individual counselling for many reasons—perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or past experiences that continue to affect you. Counselling offers a confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. It can help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. Over time, individual therapy can lead to a deeper understanding of yourself and support meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

Sessions are 55 minutes - online or in person

£45 Per Session - First appointments are at a reduced rate of £25 (I offer concessionary rates to key workers, students and people on low incomes. Please contact me if you would like further details.)

Couples Counselling

Relationships can be deeply fulfilling, but they can also face periods of strain, disconnection, or conflict. Couples may seek therapy when communication breaks down, trust is challenged, or they feel distant from one another. Counselling provides a neutral and supportive space to explore patterns in the relationship, express needs more openly, and rebuild understanding. Whether you're navigating a specific issue or wanting to strengthen your connection, couples therapy can help improve communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and support a healthier, more resilient partnership.
